The first portrait is about R2D2, in different portraits with different color schemes. I can pretty much identify all the colors that are on him. I think Warhol just got a variety of color and put in the places where he would see fit. The second image is about Mohammed Ali. I can see mostly yellow and a little bit of purple on him, and there are some spikes running through him to as he stands in his fighting pose. He specifically put some colors in certain places to make it look as it is. The R2 and Mohammed Ali compare due to color, they have some similar color, but they contrast because the R2 picture is in different portrait while Mohammed Ali's is in one. I think the Andy made the R2 portrait look the best because of the different colors, and because he made him look different. I would use the paint bucket, and quick selection tool t replicate his portrait.
My dream is to make it to the Major League Baseball. The main figure was me, thinking about the future ahead. The dream was set at a baseball field. Looking ahead were the main factors of this. The pictures of me looking down was the thing that most stood out. I would present them as a colorful future.
On the first project, I used the Vertical Panel to create the image, and I kept it the same color, but on the second one however, I used the Color Grid Fragments, and had a colorful type of picture on it. The Marque tool was something i have never used before, it stands out because you can specifically cut out what you want, but in a shape of course. I think the Vertical Panel was my best because of the leverage I used on it. My least successful one would be the Color Grid, mostly because i was not wise with the placement of the grid. I would do my second over to make it better and more colorful. I would tell them that art is unique in its own way and these pictures are its own unique definition.
Deconstruct means: to reduce, or break something down to size. People he takes photos of familiarizes him to the artist subject. I see a man in a suit covering the side of his face with a word written across it, he took pieces from it and made it look like a shattering mirror. He is trying to show a different way of art in a vary uniqe way.
My name is Adrian Samlal (but you can call me Felipe). In my spare time, i like to play video games,, or go outside and play baseball. The type of visual art I enjoy are mainly video games, since I play a lot, Naughty Dog, for example, use beautiful imagery in their games, and they make it come to life. This is my second year in digital arts. I have done Photoshop Cs 6 for about 6 months. I want to get better at Digital arts this year. I work hard this year. I would like to create a logo from scratch, and make it look good. I will focus in class and do my best when doing the project. I do not know what project I would like to do, but I will be up to the challenge to whatever comes.
